Ortom Resigns from APC, Joins PDP

Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom has resigned from the All Progressives Congress.

At a press conference on Wednesday in Makurdi where he announced his resignation from the party, Ortom said he would be joining the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP).

The governor said  he was leaving the APC due to the insincerity of the leaders of the party.

He said the APC had been hijacked by dictators adding that there is no chance for him to actualise his ambition within the party.
