Kachalla Baleri, a bandit boss terrorizing Kaduna villages, has published a video clip displaying the new naira notes.

The bandit chieftain, who claimed to have used some of the new notes to buy ammo, said only God knows how many new naira notes he had stashed in sacks.
"We want to send a message to Nigerians, their leaders, and the public to be fair and just in the name of God and his holy prophet," Baleri said.
"All of the tribalism that is going on in the country will not fix anything unless things are done for the glory of God."
They (the government) altered the naira, yet poor, innocent people are affected even be aware of it. Some people do not even own N10,000. He needs to get up early in the morning to hustle.
"What of those who have millions in the cities? It's between them, you see. "The money they say people are changing, we in the bush are changing it, and some people in the city haven't even gotten it."
However, the people they are referring to as terrorists have control of the money. "We're only showing them a small portion of what we have. We have many sacks of the new money, and only God knows how many new notes that we possess."
"I have N10 million at home," a voice could be heard stating in the background of the footage.
"We have purchased ammunition to battle them (the government), and we are waiting to see what they say next about the new naira notes," Baleri said.
